DECORUM design build operates under the leadership of Erica Padgett. Erica received her formal architectural training at the University of Southern California and has spent nearly a decade serving luxury hospitality, high-end retail, and private residential clients in project and construction management and owners’ representative capacities. Her approach to general contracting mirrors her architectural and design background and expertise in that drawings, details, and specifications are reviewed and refined with exacting standards from project conception to completion, whether in the office or on the job site. Having an architectural and design-based eye yields greater control over clients’ visions, budgets and timelines, and the eventual project outcome. This cross-functional, streamlined, design/build approach ensures that details, no matter how minute, are neither disregarded nor overlooked.
